• PLC program ensures that welding process remains within the prescribed narrow intervals during the work execution.
• The machine gives warning signals or stops automatically if the predicted welding parameter changes.
• In this manner high quality welding is guaranteed: insufficient/weak welding seam or overheating of material are completely avoided.
• PLC can store up to 50 recipes with 32 different welding parameter to adjust: power output, pressure, time, velocity, press moving, cooling etc.
• Commands on front side machine with touch screen operator panel. The control panel is intuitive and easy to handle, designed to fulfil ergonomic demands.
