SOFTWERE AND MANAGEMENT

• Software exclusively developed by Balacchi.
• PLC program ensures that welding process remains within the prescribed narrow intervals during the work execution. The machine gives warning signals or stops automatically if the predicted welding parameter changes. In this manner high quality welding is guaranteed: insufficient/weak welding seam or overheating of material are completely avoided.
• PLC can store up to 50 recipes with 32 different welding parameters to adjust: power output, pressure, time, velocity, press moving, cooling etc.
• Commands on front side machine with touch screen operator panel. The control panel is intuitive and easy to handle, designed to fulfil ergonomic demands.
