PLC Configuration
- Software exclusively developed by Balacchi
- The PLC program ensures welding process remains within the prescribed narrow intervals during the work execution. The machine gives immediate warning signals or stops automatically if the predicted welding parameter changes. In this way high quality welding is guaranteed and insufficient/weak welding seam or overheating of material surface are completely avoided
- The PLC can store and save up to 50 recipes with 32 different welding parameters to adjust including power output, pressure, time, velocity, press moving, machine traveling, cooling of welded material etc.
