SW12S

Model SW12S is a cutting unit for high thickness suitable for application in textile and technical fabrics fields. It reaches the highest level in technology and safety. It weighs 3Kg only but guarantee power and high thickness cutting reliability. The combination system of blade and counteblade allows sharp and precise cut without rag grinding. Its 180Watt balanced and silenced motor combined with high resistance bronze/steel gear couplings create a long-lasting stability. The 8-edge 120mm diameter knife allows the cut of any fabric up to 50mm thickness even in multiple layers. SW12S base is Teflon® coated to be friction-free between the base and the fabric. It is possible to install this cutting unit on sliding rails within a minimum space. The push button sharpening stone system allows the sharpening of the knife edge in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. This model is especially suitable to the transversal cut being arranged with an anchor flange which allows an easy fit on fixed or automatic stirrup. For the continuous trimming process model SW12S is also available in left side version (specular) as model SW12SSX.
