Dar Asas has developed the PTFE architectural membrane welder to provide a user-friendly solution for welding the seams of PTFE and silicone coated materials specifically used as architecture tensile structures. The frame design is low profile allowing easy loading of materials through the press and is designed to be both lightweight and maneuverable.

Specifications 

• Operating voltage = 3 Phase 400V-AC 50/60HZ. (220V 3 phase AC available on request)
• Heating power up to 12 KW (Depending on welding bar size)
• Customized welding bar width up to 100 mm & length up to 1200 mm. (Standard sizes = 100*1000 mm – 80*700 mm).
• PLC Control and HMI
• Control parameters for welding time, cooling time, heating temperature for lower/upper bars and welding pressure.
• Save/Load parameters, create customized program depending on fabric type and thickness up to 50 programs
• PID control for precise temperature value.
• SSR electronic relay for fast switching, connected by heat sink for high performance.
• Control by push button and/or foot switch
• Tower light indicates the status of machine (Power On – Alarm – Welding in process).
• Mechanical mechanism for synchronization of pneumatic cylinders
