High Frequency Welding
The future of high frequency welding Simplify the process and increase productivity with Balacchi solutions. HF welding allows you to obtain robust products with resistant fittings and characterised by extremely clean lines. Compared to other welding methods (with filaments, hot air or infrared radiation), this process guarantees greater efficiency, without burning the upper layers of the welded material. As a manufacturer with 40 years of experience in high-frequency welding machines the company offers modern devices that are characterized by excellent possibilities of adapting a given method to specific needs. Such universal solutions distinguish Balacchi on the market of companies providing high frequency welding equipment. High frequency welders use electricity to join individual materials, which works, among others, in the case of processing plastics. As a result, welding machines can be used in many industries, including in the tensile architecture, tents, medical, automotive, entertainment, military and energy sectors. HF welding ensures a safe and durable joint: ideal for working on components intended to produce robust products with long lifespans. Are you considering switching from sewing to high-frequency welding? Do you want to expand your production by equipping your machine park with future-proof welding machines? You are in the right place. Machines are…
